Description
Our modular homes offer a modern, practical, and economical solution for housing, construction sites, temporary offices, or commercial projects. They are manufactured with a resistant metal structure and insulated sandwich panels, ensuring excellent durability, stability, and good thermal insulation.
Depending on the chosen configuration, these units can also be especially suitable for commercial and business purposes, thanks to their modern design and the possibility of including large glazed surfaces, which provide a bright, open, and attractive interior space for customer service, product display, or service provision.
The units arrive practically ready to use. The structure, flooring, wall insulation, doors, windows, and electrical installation are pre-prepared at the factory, requiring no additional work on site.
The project can be customized according to the client's needs. It is possible to choose different exterior colours, add a protective cover at the entrance, as well as include a kitchen, bathroom, and adjust the interior space layout according to the intended purpose.
The units are transported disassembled in shipping containers, allowing for efficient transport. Upon arrival, they are quickly and simply assembled on site.

Transport
Modular homes are transported by sea in a 20-foot container.
Production and transport
- Production: approximately 1 week
- Transport: approximately 30–40 business days
Payment conditions
1. Full payment in advance
Upon full payment, production starts immediately.
2. Payment with 50% advance
At the time of order, a 50% advance payment is made. The remaining 50% is paid after production is completed and before shipping.
