Description

This 54 m² modular home is made up of 3 integrated modules and offers a spacious, functional, and fully customisable interior. It can be configured as housing, an office, or a multi-functional unit, depending on the client's needs.

The interior can be divided with several internal walls, allowing for the creation of bedrooms, living rooms, offices, technical areas, service zones, or other specific divisions. The space distribution is flexible and can be adapted to the intended use.

The galvanised steel structure and sandwich panels ensure strength, stability, and good thermal insulation. The unit can be ordered with or without a front staircase, with air conditioning, in different colours, and with various finishing options.

The modules arrive pre-prepared from the factory, allowing for quick and simple on-site assembly. This is a practical solution for those looking for a larger modular building with high configuration flexibility.

Transport

The modules are transported disassembled in sea containers, allowing for efficient and cost-effective transport. Upon arrival, they can be quickly assembled on site.

Payment terms

1. Full advance payment
Production begins immediately after full payment.

2. Payment with 50% advance deposit
50% advance deposit is paid at the time of order. The remaining 50% is paid after production is complete and before shipment.
