Job Description
We are looking for Quality Controllers with a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
The role consists of being present on-site at the time of delivery and verifying that the goods were delivered correctly — without damage, complete and compliant.
The professional may have direct contact with managers, business owners or decision-makers, representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Be present on-site at the time of goods delivery
- Verify the condition of products, including damages, integrity and compliance
- Confirm that the delivery is complete
- Identify and report any issue or irregularity
- Communicate with the client and the company team
Required Profile
- Excellent command of Portuguese language, mandatory
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Polite, respectful and trustworthy person
- Punctuality and responsibility
- Ability to work independently
- English knowledge is an advantage
Important
This role does not involve sales or negotiations.
The focus is exclusively on goods verification and professional company representation at the time of delivery.
